Hey, I'm Tiffany! 💗

I'm a small business owner and educator based in Toronto, Canada. I have a background in education and I am passionate for creating art that can also be used inside the classroom! Outside of art, I am a retired competitive figure skater that competed at the 2025 Skate Canada Cup National Championships in Waterloo, ON. During my free time, I enjoy gaming on my Switch and PC, binge watching TV shows, and playing badminton!

How it all started

I started off in kindergarten colouring everything in rainbow colours, which evolved into my love of swatching whatever colours I could get my hands on. In middle school, I was gifted a my first adult colouring book and started drawing cartoon doodles in class on Dollarama notebook paper. I would always get caught drawing during class and have their paper and notebooks taken away. I was one of those kids who literally would never put their pencil down because they listen better when they are drawing something. In high school, I took art courses through all 4 years because I wanted to try all the projects experimenting with different mediums! Some of the art projects from high school inspired my art techniques today! I have a goal of someday being able to teach art in high school, and I am excited to be able to continue taking art courses and strengthening my techniques while gaining valuable experience in a school setting.

Quote Process: All commission prices listed on this website are starting estimates only. Final pricing may vary depending on the requested size, medium, level of detail, number of subjects, background complexity, materials required, and turnaround time. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a final quote before any payment is required.

Payment Policy: For commissions under $100 CAD, full payment is required upfront before work begins. For commissions $100 CAD and over, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and cover initial time, planning, and materials, with the remaining balance due before the completed artwork is delivered, shipped, or released in full. Progress updates may be provided throughout the process, but final high-resolution files or physical artwork will not be sent until the full balance has been received.

Revisions: Reasonable minor revisions may be accommodated during the sketch or planning stage. Major changes requested after significant progress has been made may result in additional fees. Once the artwork is completed, only minor adjustments may be possible depending on the medium. Please communicate clearly and early to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.

Turnaround Time: Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the commission, current workload, academic or professional scheduling, and material availability. Estimated completion timelines will be discussed during the quote process. Rush orders may be accepted at an additional fee, depending on availability.

Communication: Clear and respectful communication helps ensure the best result. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request. Please allow for flexibility when it comes to deadlines, as Tiffz Artz reserves the right to refuse/decline commission requests with expectations of hard deadlines being fulfilled with no confirmation/communication during the process. It is imperative to remain in consistent contact with the artist to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Refunds & Returns: All custom commissions, prints, and personalized items are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be at the buyer's expense.

Cancellations: Clients may cancel a commission before work has begun for a full refund (unless a deposit was already paid). Once work has started, refunds will not be issued for completed labor or materials. If a cancellation occurs after work has begun, any refund provided will be at the artist’s discretion based on the stage of completion.

Shipping & Damage: Tiffz Artz is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within a reasonable time and provide clear photographs of both the artwork and packaging for review.

Artist Rights: Tiffz Artz retains the right to photograph, scan, share, and display completed artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The artist retains all copyright unless a commercial license is purchased separately.

Client Use: Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission and an appropriate licensing agreement.

Subject Matter: I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason. Requests involving hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be accepted.
